What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the name, phone number, email address, the two postcodes, the service and date you select, your preferred contact method, and anything you type into the message box. That is all. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

Solely to price your move and get back to you about it. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — you asked us for a quote, so we reply to it. We do not sell your details, share them with lead brokers, or pass them to anyone outside the business.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and forwarded to us by email. Netlify processes data on our behalf under its own data processing terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed jobs are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and insurance purposes.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@primeguardremovals.co.uk or call 07769 753258 and we will sort it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
